Some collections of Belgian designer, Peter Donders, unveiled on some blogs. The design consists of limited edition of 12 pieces + 3 artists proofs aluminium pieces of furniture. The design itself is reported getting the inspirations by the fascinating Ferrari, “the technique for the 3d printed sand mold is the same one used to produce the internal core of the Ferrari engine. The finish resembles the Ferrari as well, Batoidea is painted using the same method and quality control as the famous sports car.” The chair and footstool created using Peter Donders’ technical expertise and creative mind is a collection of fabulous futuristic furniture. Outdoorz Gallery gave us a head up about this cool collection and the good news is that the Batoidea is also available as a lounge chair. As you can see, the red colour brings out the best in the design, but the collection is also available in other colours on request.
