Insipred by the oak barrels from cellars in Finger Lake, a talented woodworker Vincent Chicone created a Don Vino Table designed for Chicone Cabinetmakers. Found on HomeQn, the table has a highly elegant appearance. Blending tradition with modernity, Don Vino Wine Table comes with a solution for stylishly housing 16 of the best bottles a connoisseur wishes to put on display. When “filled up”, this product will have such an intriguing look, that it will certainly become the focal point of any living room. Interesting to observe from above, but also laterally, the vintage-inspired design is nothing less than charming. The total height of the table is 21 inches (53.3 cm), which makes it adaptable to a large variety of interiors. Being custom hand-built, the product’s price reaches $2400.

ANN GRIM Furniture recently designed unusual looking coffee table. This design celled Close & Personal.  the product seems to disobey various rules, including gravity ones. Here is a short Here is the short description from the project developers:

This coffee table, made by the French designer Ann Grim’, plays a major role in the “neoclassic design” movement. It’s a surprising asymmetrical table with a one-spiral leg made with assembled little square. Easy to maintain, this exceptional piece could bring race, elegance, character and modern in any interior.

An elegant design of table has just recently been made by Italian designer, Gianluigi Landoni. The design entitled the Lambda Table is created specifically for the manufacturer Sovet.

The table has been inspired by the dynamism of a moving element, like the ribbon of a gymnast that vaults in the air designing natural and soft shapes. The base is made in Cristalplant, a hard, smooth and solid material, which is also very pleasant to the touch and eco-friendly. Subverting the idea of traditionally hiding ballast in pedestal tables, most commonly sandbags, the dining table utilises an overt granite ballast as its focal point within a steel frame with ash surface.
